You are gently guided to deep alter states
of consciousness to explore early childhood, present, or past life events.
Once in this relaxed state known as hypnosis you will be able to access
those fears, phobias and beliefs that are causing you to feel stuck and are
limiting your life. Once the problem area is accessed then we proceed to
release your restricting pain, fears, habits, addictions, memories, weight
issues, and beliefs allowing you to reach new levels of happiness and joy
while tapping into your natural ability to transform and heal. Each session brings you into a deep state of relaxation so whatever changes you wish to make come about easily and you are not left with a feeling of incompletion or frustration, but rather with a feeling of deep connection with your essential self and your Higher Power. The number of sessions and length of each will vary for each individual as we work with the deep issues that arise and go from discovery to healing. Since hypnotherapy deals directly with the subconscious, results are typically realized much more quickly than with “talk therapy.” |
